Ideology of Failure

If you forget that an organization flourishes through the heart and passion of committed and talented people, but is compromised by piling poorly thought-out and ill-considered technologies and processes on top of one another … you will lose.

When you drive your business solely by embracing the delusion of “productivity” driven pseudo-data you often lead yourself into the dark back alleys of thuggish and dull-witted mismanagement, inevitably trapping yourself into inadvisable and destructive actions such as firing the passionate, talented members of your workforce that can nourish your mission, to make room for useless bureaucrats who can only further diminish the mission and health of the organization.

If you forget that an organization flourishes through the heart and passion of committed and talented people, but is compromised by piling poorly thought-out and ill-considered technologies and processes on top of one another (a sure sign of incapable people floundering uselessly without a clue), you will lose.

Success is born in the hearts and souls of people.
