My teaching philosophy tends to be complex and I find it difficult to find the right words. This quote is at least one element of the effort. Teaching requires a deep & enduring passion for learning & leadership that is manifest in action and focused by an effort-of-will.
This is a quote by Bill Siebold
“Teaching requires a deep & enduring passion for learning & leadership that is manifest in action and focused by an effort-of-will. Great teachers are transparent and flexible. They learn and adapt quickly in real-time. They embrace challenge and inspire through word and deed. In the truest sense, great teachers embrace the idea of “leadership as service” and make it their business to provide the necessary resources, cultivate the required student commitment, invest in the appropriate connections, and hold themselves accountable for creating the best possible learning environment.”
